Frequently Asked Questions

Yes UTORA is only available as Cloud subscription service.

UTORA pricing works based on entity counted for consumption across different UTORA services.

  • For WAN performance service, only the destination IP address configured for performance is considered as one entity. However, all the intermediate hops discovered in-between are not be counted.
  • For LAN monitoring service, only devices discovered using SNMP will be counted as entities.
  • For Configuration assessment service, each Cisco and Arista device (Switch & Router) where ssh/telnet is enabled is counted as an entity.
  • For Inventory service, each device discovered using SNMP will be counted as entity.

UTORA is only available for annual subscription. There is no monthly subscription plan available. If you have a specific need, please reach out to UTORA sales and they can advice you on custom plans.

UTORA discovery and inventory function supports all the major network vendors – CISCO, Arista, Juniper, HPE, Aruba, Palo Alto, Extreme, Fortigate etc. If you have any specific vendor not supported by UTORA yet, you can reach out to UTORA Sales and raise a service request and your device type will be included in the UTORA roadmap.

For now, UTORA supports CISCO and Arista devices for configuration assessment and remediation. In the future, UTORA will be bringing more vendors under support.
